Purchased game says not purchased

Discus and support Purchased game says not purchased in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought Sniper elite 3 for $10.00 and it popped up with an error, but still took the money.     Purchased game says not purchased


    I bought Sniper elite 3 for $10.00 and it popped up with an error, but still took the money. I looked and it said I could download it anyway, so I did. when it hit the point I could play(10%-15%), I opened it and it said I don't own the game and have to
    buy it. What do I do?

    a game i purchased says i had not purchased it

    Be sure you are using the account that originally downloaded it. Also go to your DOWNLOAD HISTORY under ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT and download it from there.

    purchased game not downloading

    I recently purchased bioshock from the marketplace and was sent the conformation email with the billing information. problem is is that the game is neither in my active downloads or in my games library. wondering what to do

    Whenever you buy from the store you will get an email confirming your purchase, Have you got one?

    As it now fully installed and have you tried to play it.

    Also there is a service alert which could be the problem.

    I contacted xbox support, and they said it refunded me and it just hasn't processed it yet. so it just got an error when i purchased it and i didn't know they had refunded me yet.

    If you can't see the game you bought in your library, check your order history to see if it is still on the list!

    If it is, try to power cycle your Xbox and remove and re-add your account!

    If it is not on that list, then you will have to contact the support through: Contact us | Xbox Support
