    Can't download American Muscle Pack...

    I downloaded the season pass and it comes with it, but it won't work. I downloaded it and tried to re-download it but it still won't work. The pack and the cars from it both say FREE but they won't change to PURCHASED or show up in my game.

    Sea of thieves CD, i can't play on computer ?

    Play anywhere only counts for digital purchased games.

    Discs won't work in your PC.

    To check, are you currently in the Xbox One Update Preview, or have you recently opted out of the preview? If you purchased the content while taking part in the preview you would not have access to it on a non-preview console until the update is released
    to everyone.

    Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

    Hello again, what game would you try to play in Series X?

    Does this only happen with one game or with all the games on the console?

    Have you tried any procedures like clearing the cache and deleting games that are in quick resume?

    If you haven't tried it yet, remove the games from quick resume and then do a cache cleanup.

    Cache Xbox One

    1. Go to xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on your console for 10 seconds until it turns off

    2. Wait 10 seconds for it to turn off

    3. Wait 1 minute with it off

    4. Turn it back on
