purchased game not showing up

Yes, it was. The thing that confuses me is I purchase games digitally often and this is the first time I have ever seen this kind of error.

You might want to check your order history at http://account.microsoft.com just to make sure the purchase was successful through the account.

If the game does not show up in the account even though you are certain it was bought under it, I would highly recommend contacting the support through: http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

same problem here... trying since yesterday. My brother said it's a normal struggle and that it happens occasionally... which i don't think it's fine, cuz i don't wanna pray to play. btw... i'm still waiting for a solution.

Kindly make sure that the game is successfully purchased under the account that you're using, please follow the steps below:

"Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History"

If this is an old purchase, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to try and find the order transaction.

Once confirmed that it is purchased under the correct account simply remove and re-add your account, Manav.

It is easy to remove a Microsoft account from Xbox One console as it is not necessary to sign in to the account. See how:

Press the Xbox  button to open the dashboard.

Select System > Settings > Account > Remove Accounts.

Select the account to be removed, then select Remove to confirm.

When finished, select Close.

Clearing the cache:

Turn off your xbox, remove the source/cable from the socket and leave it like that for 2 minutes, then you can turn it on.

You can add your Microsoft account to any Xbox One console. See how:
