    Purchased game not showing up to install: PC


    Just bought Halo Wars 2 through the XBOX game app. The game isn't showing up for me to install in my game library. If I go to the store to try to repurchase the game, it will tell me I already own it and just need to go to my library to download it, but it doesn't show up there. Anyone else ever have this issue?

    Update: Checked the app again 10 min later and it finally showed up for me to download it. Don't know what happened.

    Usually, we just need to perform a restart on our device for our data to sync.

    Console or PC?

    If console, go to my games and apps - is it installed or listed there as available to install?

    If PC, load it up in the Windows store - does it show purchased?

    Are you signed in with the same account on the PC as on the Xbox?

    Is the game showing up in your ready to install section on your Xbox?

    When you go to the store on the Xbox One and look up the game does it show that you have to purchase the game or does it show install?

    On your console, head to the "My games and apps" page. From the top selection "Games" you can set it to show ready to install games. Your purchase should show up there, select it to install.

    If it does not show there, log into your account on a PC, and verify that the purchase shows in your purchase history.

    If it does show there, but not on your console, contact Xbox support at: https://support.xbox.com/contact-us
