    See if the game appears in the console store as "ready to download / you already have the game", it's probably this way to download or in your library.

    Hey there jackwilliams8,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to locate your previously purchased game and install it as intended. I can definitely see how this could be pretty concerning. It might be that your account on console is not loading with this most
    current information from Xbox Live. I recommend
    removing and redownloading     your account when you get the chance. If that does not work then next try what steps we have outlined in Find
    your games and add-ons on Xbox One    .

    You should be able to action the download of the item to your console from your download / order list on a PC etc.

    This has happened to me before, look in the store selected if you purchased it'll give you the option to download it right away.
