Purchased game not downloading.

I am a complete noob at this, so please, forgive me.

I purchased Child of Light from Amazon. It was the digital copy. I redeemed the code from Amazon to Xbox.com and it is showing up in My Games online but it isn't anywhere on the actual console/TV screen. I learned how to enter the code onto the TV
after my daughter got home from school but when I enter it into the TV, it says the code has already been redeemed.

Help please.

I recently purchased bioshock from the marketplace and was sent the conformation email with the billing information. problem is is that the game is neither in my active downloads or in my games library. wondering what to do

If you purchased it but do not have it double check any other accounts you may have on the console to be sure it wasn't purchased on one of those.

Otherwise you'll have to contact support to get this sorted out.

Hello HayzeMaker,

The code would have shown as previously used because you redeemed the code on the website.

I assume you found it, but the game should have been waiting for you under "Ready to Install" in My Games & Apps. This will happen when you purchase content on the website, and you can find it by going to My Games & Apps and then scrolling all the way to
the right. Hit A on the content you wish to download - or even re-download, if you've deleted content off your hard drive - and the item will be added to your console's queue.

I hope this explains what was going on, and I'm glad you already got this sorted this out.

delete the content and try downloading it from your
Download History again and it's still not working, please post up a new thread detailing what you're running into and troubleshooting you've completed. This way our community can get you the individual support that works best on the forums.

Yeah already did all of that cleared cache then restarted the router and my Xbox still not working

You may need to clear your cache. If after doing so it still isn't downloading then it may be to do with your router and could be resolved from restarting it. If still no different then tweet @XboxSupport

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your download of Paintball2. Let's see what we can do to get your sorted and back to gaming!

Just a couple of questions for you:

Are you using a wireless connection? If so, try connecting your console to your router with an ethernet cord and see if the wired connection works better for the download.

Are you able to download other items like demos or trailers?
