Purchased Game not Downloading onto Xbox One

Try looking at your account purchase history on the XBOX, I had the same issue with one of my son's games, you should be able to download it from there. At least it's worth a try

Have you checked to make sure the game is available in your region? That may be why you're not able to load it up.

My question is, when you purchased the game on the online Microsoft (MS) Store, did you purchase it on your account that is also on your Xbox?

Sounds silly but sometimes people have more than 1 MS account.

If it is on the same account and you can't find it in the store on your Xbox try and find it in available to download section on my games and apps on your Xbox Console.

That or make sure your console is up to date.

By default any Xbox One compatible game purchased on xbox.com will download automatically onto your home xbox and you have the option of installing it on any other devices linked to your account.
