    Purchased Game (non subscription) no longer shows as owned?


    I have owned and played Assassin's Creed Valhalla (and all purchasable DLC) for about a year. All of a sudden today it is not appearing as owned. This is a game I purchased a digital copy of outright and that purchase wasn't part of any subscription. I have tried all the troubleshooting tips I've been able to find on this forum but nothing has worked. So far it seems this is the only game effected. Anyone have any ideas?

    It is possible that you have been playing the game through Home Xbox. That is the only reason if the game is not on game pass. Which means that the game was from another account and was being shared on the console. All your orders should reflect on the history, but if this game is not on there, it could be bought on another account.

    Have you checked the order history on your account if the game is showing on there as owned?

    If for some reason it is not showing on there, it could mean that this game was possibly bought on a different account. Try checking other accounts that you own.

    Interestingly, the Seasons Pass and DLC purchases do appear in my order history but the base game does not. I don't have any other accounts so I'm really not sure whats happening here. How else would I have been playing this game that was never part of game pass or any other sub (which I've never done anyway)?

    Hello, I bought an xbox subscription from your website using a credit card.

    Can you show a screenshot of your purchase history that shows the subscription purchases? Considering that Microsoft no longer directly sell year subscriptions, I assume there are at least several purchases in your purchase history.

    I would check your purchase history to make sure your account is the one that owns the game, Anything you own will show there or show as owned. It will show as owned in the Xbox store as well. -https://support.xbox.com/billing/xbox-subscriptions/check-xbox-live-bill
