Purchased game in microsoft store and it says error

I have an xbox one console. Received a gift card. I purchased GTA 5 and tried to download it. It says "error" and won't download. I'm exhausted trying to figure out how to use it. Would be nice if we could talk to someone and get some help. I seem to be
getting the run around from this website to the phone and in the console. So now I am out 25 bucks and can't do anything with the game. Maybe backward compatibility isn't working? I don't really know. Anyone please help? a phone number for support? something??????????

Hey...having an error code problem: 0x803F8001

Can't play Microsoft Mahjong-says this error code, go to store, I go to store repeats the same error code???

I can play Microsoft Solitaire Games, but not Microsoft Mahjong...what's up with that???

Purchased game, but error message tells me my trial has expired

I purchased Battlefield 1 (even preordered and all) back when the game was released. Played it for months then one day after a match a random error message from Xbox pops up that says my “trial for this game has expired” then says “to keep playing, buy the
game from Microsoft Store. (90x803f9007)”. Even though I bought the game before, NOT A TRIAL, I have clicked on “see in Microsoft store” which brings me to the games page in the store. There, it doesn’t even give me the option to purchase the game because
it says I already own it and just gives me the option to click “play”. Once I click play it comes up to the initial error message that my “trial for this game has expired”. Can someone please help me solve this?! This is extremely frustrating!

 

Do a Power Cicle on your Xbox and see If It Works

Am sorry your experiencing this problem. I would recommend you to Factory reset your console:

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console.
7. Select keep games and apps

Sorry to hear there is an issue with launching the game content. I recommend to uninstall the game and re-install it. (Or uninstall the account and reinstall it)

Make sure you are signed into the correct account and to check your Order history to make sure it is owned.(Showing there is ownership of the content).

Thank you very much. I reset the console and now it's downloading the game (slowly) but its working so far. Truly appreciate it. If I run into another issue I will come back here for help for sure
