    Purchased game - how do I get it to Xbox 360 console?


    We purchased a lacrosse game from Microsoft from our desktop. Email confirmation shows the purchase is confirmed but I can't find it in the Xbox 360 console library. How do I get it over to the Xbox 360 to play? Thanks!

    I just purchased an XBOX 360 game that my family had already purchased and downloaded to our XBOX.

    How do I get the Microsoft points back to use towards another game?

    NBA 2k14 Super Fan Pack

    I recently purchased NBA 2k14 Super Fan Pack that entitles me to both the Xbox 360 and Xbox one version of the game and it only gave me the Xbox 360 version of the game. How do I get the Xbox one version that suppose to come in this package thanks

    From your dashboard, go to Profile, then purchase history. Re-download it from there.

    Irixion is slightly wrong there, you goto settings - account - download histrory, then you can scroll down to the game, select it and then start the download.

    That is how it has always been. You do not get the Xbox One version for free if your purchase the Xbox 360 version. You have to purchase the game again on the xbox one if you want to play the game on that console.

    Just how though?

    It looks to me that a child account can't purchase via the website only the console. And you can't get 360 games via the xbox one console.

    Left 4 Dead, both of them have been delisted for years, and were unpurchaseable long before the store closed. You would have to ask Valve for their return

    You would have to obtain a physical copy
