  1. Purchased game, doesn't show anywhere.


    Hello!

    About 30 minutes ago I've bought Black Desert Standard Edition for the XBOX ONE. I've purchased it through the microsoft website and 30 Euro's have been charged from my bank account. The game itself doesn't show up in my purchase history, xbox game list
    and I've never received a confirmation for buying the game.

    What do I do?

    This may have now come to an account investigation, only a support agent will be able to help with conducting such actions. We on the forums don't have the tools needed to help with this.
    When you go to
    contact usto request a callback, follow these steps:



    • Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----Select
      See other options
    • Step 3 ----Select topic
    • Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
    • Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

    Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

    Since you see the order in your Order History, but don't see it on your console, I'd say there are two ways to go. First I'd make sure your connection to Xbox Live is good at Settings > Network > Network Settings and run a network test, then if everything
    looks good there, I would recommend
    removing and then re-adding your profile to the console.
    And see if that helps.

    Otherwise, I would reach out to support either at the
    Offical Xbox Support channels you have available
    or by finding the Order listed at account.microsoft.com Payments & Billing > Order History and clicking "Get order help" under the order. From there it will have instructions on how to get in touch with
    billing support to try and help resolve your issue, or at the very least see if you can get a refund for that order.
