Purchased Game Content not working

I bought call of duty modern warfare battle pass edition from the xbox store and when I load the game up I don’t have the 3,000 points used to by the battle pass that you get from this edition

Man these people running this store are a bunch of shady crooks.

The way content licenses work is that they are tied to the gamertag that purchased them and the console that they were purchased on. All profiles on the console that the content was purchased on will have access to the content. The account that purchased
the content can use the content on the original console as well as any other console as long as that account is signed into Live. If your friend signs into the console that the game was purchased on, he can have access to the game. You can then sign into the
second console and play the same game.

It's how the licensing works. It won't get you in trouble.

Normally when using a 'season pass' to get all game content you need to launch the game to download the content with the games own content manager. The marketplace will not recognise that you've purchased the individual map packs. If this does not work and
you've previously downloaded the content you can find it in your 'my purchases' section in your profile.

The content will work for every account on the Xbox it was purchased on. If you want to use it on another Xbox, it will only work with the Gamertag that purchased the content.

The console is ban to block all the content that was purchased with the second gamer profile.

Thus preventing the games purchased from working again.
