Purchased Game Content Not Installing on Xbox One

You cannot purchase Xbox 360 content from the Xbox One store.

For digital download content, manage the game and they should be there ready to be installed. Make sure to be using the account that purchased them.

Purchased on xbox store on the xbox. My home xbox and xbox i'm logged into both show that the additional content is installed. Home xbox shows the Black Hand items in the game's menu but the other one doesn't even though it shows that content as installed.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the deluxe content but no change.

No error codes, the store shows downloading and then installed but the content won't download in the game. I am aware of how to find the games in the console and confirm they are downloaded. It shows they are and shows they are installed on the game console
(which to answer another question has been power cycled several times) but they are still showing as "Purchased but not downloaded" inside the game.

Sorry, thankfully its not Fortnite which would apparently be a travesty. Its Tales from the Borderlands. the Season pass includes seasons 2-5 which are all showing as purchased on his console and in the store.

It could be a storage issue, its an older xbox one (500GB) with only the one HDD. I didn't check available space since it was showing as downloaded and installed on the console but wasn't in the game. I will check his console storage when I get home tonight.
I don't believe the console has a system update but will also check the notification panel and see if there are any system notifications and I will also read the through the trouble shooting guide provided by Paul.

So they aren't going to be any help. I didnt find the same issue on the support forum or in their faq either. Sadly this looks like a lost cause. Checked his storage he has plenty more than this game
and all the dlcs require free. There are no system updates either, his update history does show an update on 11/29. Wonder if that update is corrupted.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Do you get any error codes or messages when you try to install this DLC? I have a few recommendations for you to test out to hopefully resolve this issue. It is possible that you need more space for this content.

View your notifications on your Xbox One console to make sure you have enough space on your hard drive to install the content. Here’s how:

1. Open the guide and go to System > App & system notifications.
2. See if there are any notifications about low or unavailable hard drive space. Xbox One will alert you when you’re running low.
   
3. If there’s a notification about low hard drive space, you’ll have to either delete content to free up space or add an external drive. For information about setting up and managing external storage, see

It is possible that the console needs an update as well. For example, if you see a “Download stopped” error, you may need to install an update before the download can complete.

To see if there’s an update available:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > System >
   Updates.
3. If there are any updates, they’ll appear in the left menu. If not, you'll see "No console update available."
