Purchased game cannot be found in 'ready to install'

Discus and support Purchased game cannot be found in 'ready to install' in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought GTA San Andreas and installed it.     Purchased game cannot be found in 'ready to install'


    I bought GTA San Andreas and installed it. It gave me the "Do you own this game or app" message multiple times before I restarted the console. It still didn't work so I uninstalled the game to reinstall but it vanished from 'My games and apps' entirely.
    When I go to the store it only allows my to buy. The purchase history proves I bought it

    Thanks for posting! When you went to check the Xbox One downloads, were you checking the 'Ready to install' list within 'My games & apps"? You can locate 'My games & apps' by scrolling down on the 'Home' tab of the Xbox One dashboard.

    If you cannot locate it in 'Ready to install', be sure the account you purchased the game from is signed-in. Alternativley, you can search for Left for Dead 2 within the Xbox Store while signed into the the account the game was purchased from to install.

    I have two Xbox consoles and i have a game on digital. I have a PROBLEM.

    Digitally-owned titles can be found in "My Games & Apps", in the "Ready to Install" list.

    Owned games missing from ready to install list

    I had this happen to me once a few of my games I had purchased had disappeared from.the ready to install what I did was I just went to the store and found them again and hit install and then they were back on my ready to install.

    Some back compat games & dlc cannot be purchased on the Xbox One, but if you purchase from xbox marketplace on xbox.com or xbox 360, then the dlc will show in ready to install of the manage game section. Just select it and start the install.

    You cannot purchase Xbox 360 content from the Xbox One store.

    For digital download content, manage the game and they should be there ready to be installed. Make sure to be using the account that purchased them.

    In the meantime, any digital purchases can still be accessed from the Ready to install section of my games and apps, but would require.you to install on internal drive until a solution is found with external issue
