    Purchased game but says I don't have the right to play it


    Hello, I just purchased Resident evil 2:REmake, it is fully installed but when I click on it, it says: "Do you own this hame or app?" Which confused me, as I paid for it. Any help?

    I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

    After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

    First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

    Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2 to 3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If the issue persists, please try to check you games in the order games history in this following website : Microsoft account | Home

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

    I also have the same issue with Elder Scrolls Online, I tried to reinstall it rather than what was suggested above but it's no longer in my games & Apps whatsoever & it won't let me reinstall from the store either ?

    That's odd Queen, let's double check if the subscription is active sign in with the account that owns the subscription in the link below:

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

    If everything seems fine there, try this on your PC:

    Sign out from your account on Xbox app and Microsoft store.

    Then Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

    Click Check for Updates;

    Click the Download and Install Now option, if available;

    Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and try again.

    If that doesn't work try this:

    Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

    After that, click repair and then restore.

    Then do the same for the Xbox app:

    Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

    After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.
