    Hi, I just bought 3 games from xbox live web, but only 2 of them downloaded. How can I get the 3rd. game without expending the money again?

    a similar event happened to me.i purchased the pro pack bundle 7 the game froze and i had to restart it. it appeared on the screen an said download when the system turned back on but when i went to the game no packs appeared

    Can you check at commerce.microsoft.com that the purchase did actually go through?

    If so, double check your download history:
    live.xbox.com/.../history

    If the payment went through and it's not in your download history, go ahead and contact Phone Support as they're the only ones that would be able to hep you in that case. Unlike us, they can see your account information and will be able to assist with billing
    issues.

    The list of purchased and downloaded items appear in the my games and apps. You will see the list of items you purchased on the right of each category (games & apps).

    Unfortunately, that didn't work for it. Download History only shows a small list of my most recent downloads, and only one of my deleted games appear on the list. The other six are nowhere to be found.

    Sorry it has taken me this long to reply. No it is the games I do not have downloaded but i have purchased or claimed with my xbox live gold account. The entire list of those games does not appear in the ready to install list.
