    Hey guys! Sorry in advance if this is in the wrong forum, but Xbox website keeps sending me around in circles when I'm trying to figure out some logical place to ask this question... And I'm simply getting too frustrated.

    Anyway, a couple weeks ago they had the Guardians of the Galaxy Awesome Mix on the Music store for free to download. So I did, on the day that it was free - my brother did as well. I didn't bother to check to see if mine had downloaded properly, and now
    that I was really wondering where it was, I looked under the Xbox music folder in my computer and it wasn't there. Is there some way that the online store has a record of my purchase that I can redownload it at the free price? And why wouldn't it be on my
    computer in the first place? Everything else is.

    Anyway, if this isn't the greatest place to ask this question, I guess I'll wait in line for the Xbox Queue to ask and probably be told theres nothing they can do about it -.- Hopefully someone on here has some awesome advice, because this is really just
    getting on my very last nerve.

    Purchased Gold with "5-Free Games" No games yet

    I purchased a 6 month subscription to Gold on 4/29/12. It's been about 10 weeks. Can someone help figure out where they are? I already checked my junk email and my contact preferences.

    I don't know if xbox has this file but look in a "download" file.maybe there.or look in all you files.may be place in another file for some reason.

    I don't know if my issue is quite the same, though however I find that a lot of my videos from XBox 360 don't even show up in the Video app, and music videos seem absent from the Music app. But even thereI can't figure out what
    happened, some purchases are there that I don't even recall purchasing through Zune as opposed to transferred, which were only a few, I think, and I know my library is much bigger than that. Only time I'd ever purchased is if Zune couldn't match the albums,
    tracks, etc, with a physical transfer.

    No this has nothing to do with the cloud. This is in my Collection. I took screen shots but I can't figure out how to add screen shots in this forum. It only lets me add songs to now playing or new playlist. Why can't I add it to the garbage. None of this
    crap shows up in my zune collections. It's like Xbox Music wants to force me to see INSYNC every time I log in to it. I got a free Christmas album like 10 years ago from Zune. Now Xbox Music won't let me delete it. Why doesn't Xbox Music allow a user to remove
    songs from the main collection?

    xbox music win8 app wont stream to xbox 360

    Yes all music is in default music folder and sharing is enabled..my Zune music shows up with the Xbox logo next to the PC in the list of pcs in the system music player. My Xbox shows without the Xbox music logo but it takes a long time to show the music
    and it won't play

    It wierd it shows me i own it but then tells me i have to purchase it again when it was a game i got for free from my gold sub the game is monoply plus. Also gear 4 isnt showing up in the ready to install section just trying to figure out why tis is happening.
