    Purchased Forza horizon 2, Naver got it and my card was charged twice


    yesterday i tried to Purchase Forza horizon 2, A download never started and a messaje appeared saying that *we have a problem. we may get the solution if you wait a moment´ so. Naver got the game and my card was charged twice, i recieved an alert from the
    bank. what is the procedure for that ?

    Bought furious 7 car pack in forza horizon 2

    Hi, i purchased the furious 7 car pack in forza horizon 2 last night and i got charged for it, but it didn't download or install. I've purchased car packs for this game before and this never happened, pls help.

    Horizon 2 game missing from download

    Purchased the Forza Horizon standard edition for 49.99, credit card was charged, no game. There is no option to restart the install nor is there anything in My Games & Apps showing Ready to Install.

    I have a charge that has been made twice = R3200 for forza horizon 5 premium

    I had purchased it on the 30th October but 2 other transactions were deducted on the 3rd of November

    Please can someone urgently help me!!

    I'm having the same issue. Purchased the Forza Horizon standard edition for 49.99, credit card was charged, no game. There is no option to restart the install nor is there anything in My Games & Apps showing Ready to Install. Only option is to Manage, delete
    and retry? I'm new to XB1 also and concerned that delete will somehow invalidate my purchase.
