    Hi there

    My son purchased a Naruto skin pack last week paying £15.99. He has turned on his Xbox today to play snd the skins have disappeared?! Does anyone know where we report this or if there is a way of getting them back? Or a refund? Many thanks

    Unfortunately Fortnite skins are account locked. These are individual rewards or purchases that bind to the account they're unlocked on. You're not able to transfer fortnite skins between profiles.
