Purchased fifa points 2 days ago and they haven’t shown up on my sons account

Did you purchase them on his account or your own, as they need to be purchased on the account that will use them.

I have the same problem, i bought micrsoft points a few days ago and i was able to buy fifa points with them, then 2 days ago i tried to buy a gamer picture pack and it gave me a 80153410 error, since then i haven't been able to purchase anything with the
microsoft points on my account.

You may also try following these steps:

You can try re-syncing your account into the console. Ensure that you know your Microsoft account and password before doing so and your console is connected to the internet.

-Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

-Profile & System > Settings > Account > Remove account

-Select the account that you want to remove, and then select "Remove" to confirm.

-Once done, select Close.

Then, you can restart your console > long-press Xbox button on the controller > Restart

Lastly, sign in to your account again by:

-Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

-Go to Sign in > Add new

Once done, check the game again.

Hi no I was banned years ago but apparently fifa points was brought yesterday as it says on the account I didn’t make the purchase

FIFA Points purchases show on Microsoft Billing Account. The Points that I did not purchase do not show on my XBox Live Account, probably up to around £70 worth. I have not yet worked out the exact amount. Microsoft are saying that the purchases were made
from my console but my XBox Live Account shows that this is not at all correct. If the purchases were made from my console then they would show in my XBox Live Account.

I had already mentioned the XBox Live and Microsoft Billing Accounts.

Anyway, I can no longer use this account because if I add Microsoft Points to it they will be stolen just like the previous sets before I realized there was a problem. My son is the gamer and before it is mentioned, no he did not make these purchases either!
