Purchased Fifa 16 Pre-Order Edition

Hi,

I Purchased Fifa 16 Pre-Order Edition about a year ago, and received a 1 month subscription for EA Access, and now its missing from the messages history.

I remember 1 or 2 month after I recive the message with the code for the subscription the message was just gone, and I cant remember the gamertag(bot) that sent me the code, but I think it isn't "Xbox Live" because I have a chat history with xbox live in my
console and there is nothing about EA ACCESS code.

so maybe the message was sent from "EA ACCESS" or something like this, but I cant find the chat and the message,

one guy from the XBOX support told me to contact with EA support or Xbox forums, and I contact already with EA support and they told me there is nothing they can do, that's all about XBOX.

FIFA 16 pre ordered on xbox one store. Free EA access code not arrived

I purchased FIFA 16 Pre-Order Edition. The code is meant to come in 7-10 days but I need it now for the FIFA 16 early access. I'm dying for it, literally. My GT is Please help
