Purchased "Fifa 16 & Plants vs. Zombies GW" bundle via Deals with Gold; Cannot ...

I bought a digital download "Deals with Gold" promo of Fifa 16 that was supposed to come with PVZ on 1/1/2016. I am able to play FIfa 16. I get error 0x87de07d1 when I try to play PVZ.

1/7/2016: Contacted support via chat (Mark Mallone). They confirmed I was supposed to have PVZ. They directed me to buy PVZ. I purchased for $20.75. Support then credited my account ($20.75) to satisfy the bundle purchased on console.

1/8/2016: Tried to play PVZ and got 0x87de07d1 (insert disc or buy rights error), unable to play digital download game.

1/9/2016: Contacted support again via chat (Rome). He directed me to this page to correct the issue.

This should be instant download, not wait 6-8 weeks for promo code based on the advertised deal.

I bought fifa 16 Bundle with Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare. Fifa 16 works fine, but since 2 weeks no Code for Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare. Support told me to write here.

Just to clarify, are you able to see to see Plants vs Zombies in the Ready to Install section of your Xbox One console? If you purchased FIFA 16 digitally from the Xbox Store, you would not receive a code for Plants vs Zombies via Xbox Live message. Thanks!

Sorry to hear the frustrations with this, you should have been given access to Plants vs Zombies along with with Fifa 16. If the game isn't showing up for you under your Xbox One console's Ready to Install list please reach back out to
