Purchased & Downloaded SSX3 to X1 - not working

I have purchased SSX3 and downloaded 3.4GB to my X1. The game will not work/boot up etc,i get the error code 0x803f80001

when i try to play the game. Its showing in the store i own the game plus its showing in all my games i can choose from.

Is this a timed release in the UK? I did a search on my X1 in the store as knew the game was out on 17th april 2018.

What do i need to do to get the game working? Paying for a game then to be told i don't have it or to insert a disc very annoying.

Sonic Generations is giving the disc unreadable error... Its a downloaded game

Yes, I am playing the game on the same account and console it was originally purchased on. I re-downloaded it in that order twice, and it still is not working.

 

I am a user who lives in Korea. I have xbox one x, xbox360 and old xbox.

In the South Korean store of xbox one x, SSX3 has been informed that it has backward compatiblity.

I have a physical disk of SSX3. The physical disk of SSX3 works well on old xbox, but when I start the disk on XBOX ONE X, XBOX ONE X will lead as follows. "This disk does not work in this area. Check the area."

Of course, the disc is brand new, there is no apparent scratch, and the region code for SSX3 is NTSC / J.

XBOX STAFF should resolve this issue as soon as possible.
