    Purchased DLC, was billed but I am unable to download


    Greetings,

    Yesterday I tried purchasing the Omega DLC for Mass Effect 3 twice but got an error message both times ("we are unable to process your transaction" or something like that). Nevertheless I got an e-mail from Microsoft confirming the purchase, was billed in
    my AMEX and it shows in my purchase history (pasting below):

    9/24/2014 Mass Effect™ 3: Omega Game Content Not available $8.18 USD
    But the DLC wasn't added to my download history, and when I try to download it through my Xbox's dashboard, instead of giving me the option to download, it asks me to purchase it AGAIN! Whats going on? Never happened something like this before! Please

    I purchased the Borderland's 2 season pass months ago but today when I clicked to download the final dlc from the main menu of the game I was billed 800msp for it & would like my points refunded. I did not accidentally click on an individual purchase of
    the dlc before you ask.

    Charged but no download.

    Hi i have tried to download a DLC for Star Wars The Force Unleashed but it keeps failing. I've had two email saying I've been billed for the DLC but it does not appear in my download history and doesn't register that I've bought it. In total I've been charged
    £6.00 but no DLC.

    Oblivion, wizards, tower, DLC

    This happened to me as well. I am unable to purchase the Wizard’s Tower DLC on Xbox Marketplace on my console or on a desktop computer. I tried 4 times and have been charged but have no DLC. I’m using an Xbox Series X. I was able to download and purchase the other 9 DLCs with no issues. The Wizards Tower is the only DLC I am unable to purchase. Please tell me how I can download the DLC. Thanks for your time.

    Havoc costs £11.49 even though I have season pass.

    I am able to download the DLC without purchase after removing and re-adding the Season Pass. I am, however, still unable to download Gorge Atlas map.

    I am unable to purchase anything (season passes, dlc, movies, etc..) on Xbox One. I can purchase on the Xbox 360 with no issue. I do not understand why on one console I can but on the other I am unable to purchase or even edit.
