Purchased DLC not showing owned on PC

Recently I have bought 2 DLC's for the game Stellaris I have both installed on my Xbox and are in my purchase history. I went over to PC to install these DLCS through Xbox but it says I don't own them? I have tried many solutions and none have worked. I would like to play Stellaris on PC as it's easier but I would like to be able to use my DLC's. I have restarted both my Xbox and Laptop to no avail. Any help will be grateful I just need a solution. Would attach screenshots but it will not allow me.

To help you with this issue, I need some more information from you. Please answer the following questions:

-Which base version of the game did your purchased?

Please be guided that there is a Console and PC version of the game, If you purchased the DLC for the console version then it wouldn't be available on PC version. Please see:

You can purchase the DLC with no issues. The only reason it doesn't show the game as being owned is because you own it on disc and have not purchased it digitally. It's not a requirement that it has to be purchased digitally to purchase the DLC.

Hey there .

The content should be available for download on the PC. Have you been able to download Resident Evil 7 without any issues? Does the Season Pass show as purchased in the Windows store?

Negative. The Season Pass is available to purchase (and shows that I own it), but the actual two DLC packages are nowhere to be found for PC on the store. The Capcom website lists the two DLCs as "Coming Soon" for Windows 10. This is very frustrating.

Hello @DGenius!

Sorry to hear you are having a hard time with the game. However, if you already own the game, it should appear on the Read to Install list on your Xbox One X. If it's not appearing there then I would suggest trying to Remove then Re add your account to the console.

If this is not working then I would look at your games through account.xbox.com. If you do not see the game through here, Or if you have checked your Orders as well and do not see them then they were more than likely purchased on a separate account.
