    On my 360, the Xbox Live store is trying to force me to pay to redownload DLC that I have already puchased.

    I only have and have always had only ONE Xbox Live account. I wanted to play the old CoD: World at War nazi zombies maps with my brother (local splitscreen) and I can't redownload them without paying for them.

    I transferred my profile years ago to a different 360 console because my old one doesn't read discs anymore. However, the old console still has the DLCs on the hard drive, and the achievements on my Live account prove that I had previously bought and paid
    for the DLC.

    Xbox Live has done this to me before with the small mini DLC packs for TES IV: Oblivion, but I never bothered to complain about it because they were only a dollar or two each to repurchase, but it's still ridiculous.

    I want to be able to play the DLC that I paid for already, but I'm not paying for them AGAIN. What are my options?

    My DLC was ready to install right after the game was installed, no issues or anything missing, same account purchased from on the 360.

    Also go to your 360 then account then your download history and see if its showing there.

    If you are missing some DLC, just go to your purchase history under account management and redownload it.

    Yes I have I was pleased to see that another profile with a fresh save worked and made it past the start menu. I am curious now. It could be a corrupted save file or it could because some of the DLC that was downloaded on my Xbox 360 is not downloaded
    or purchased on my Xbox One S. The missing DLC was purchased on a different account on my Xbox 360 at the time so I only had access to it because it was shared throughout the Xbox 360. Should I purchase the missing DLC to check if my main profile would load
    properly or should I continue troubleshooting without it?

    The key doesn't work because I used it on the website already, and I can't find out how to download it from the xbox because it's not in the actual DLC list when you look from the xbox. I'm new to the whole xbox scene so if I'm missing something here let
    me know. But anyway there is no download button for the DLC I'm talking about other than from my purchases list through my account on the website.

    Could the DLC have been purchased on a different Microsoft Account? Check your
    Microsoft Commerce page and let us know which specific DLC you're missing and the date you purchased the DLC so we can narrow down the specific issue. Keep us posted!
    Hey thanks for replying, I've only ever used my account and it's the same account I created my gamertag with almost 10 years ago. That page you linked to seems to cut off after 2 years. Most of my content purchased is older than that. A couple of the dlc
    weapon/suit packs are missing and I'm still unable to play co-op since it's asking me to download an online pass that's not available. I know at least 2 of the dlcs were codes that came in the game box.
