    Purchased dlc is not giving me access to the advertised dlc


    Hello,

    I have recently purchased the "Destiny - Level 25 Titan Pack" and the "Destiny - Level 25 Hunter Pack" for Destiny on the Xbox 360. Purchases were made 6/7/2017 The level 25 booster was not sent to the postmaster. I checked the postmaster on each of my three
    characters (Level 25 Titan, Level 40 Warlock, Level 2 Hunter).

    I already have already tried several troubleshooting steps:

    -Cleared system cache

    -Power cycled my console

    -Deleted and re-downloaded my Xbox profile

    -Re-downloaded the content

    -Log out of Destiny

    -Deleted and Re-Downloaded the Destiny Game and the title updates

    I have also tried several support options:

    Microsoft has given me a refund for the "Destiny - Level 25 Hunter Pack". Microsoft has denied any sort of refund for the "Level 25 Titan Pack". It is very clear that I still own both of the license for the dlc.

    I would really appreciate any further help! I just want to have my leveled character that I have paid for.

    If the DLC you are trying to access was not purchased with the account you use for backwards compatibility titles you will not have access to that particular dlc.

    Actually it is not DLC because it is already on the disk...........Epic is giving us free access! If you wish to purchase any of the upcoming packs you are not purchasing new DLC you are purchasing the right to access the data on your game disk. When put

    Cant download dead kinds DLC

    I have the same issue. Checked in my games and apps, it is present. Deleting and downloading again not only didn’t work, it broke my save and made me restart the game. I’ve also done a console reset. To be clear:

    My games and apps, the dlc is present.

    In in game menus, the dlc is NOT present. It gives me the option to download, which accomplishes nothing. The dlc is listed here as “purchased,” and will not function. Other minor dlc items are listed as “installed” and work fine. According to Ubisoft’s site, you should be able to access the DLC after completing sequence 4. I have finished sequence 4 and can’t access it. Power cycle did nothing to fix this.

    Seems like the PS3 doesn't have this problem. I was just in a CHAT with customer support and he sent me an internal link that stated the following:

    Can I share DLC between accounts?

    Answer

    No. Each person must purchase their own copy of any DLC. The only sharing that is allowed is when playing co-op split-screen play on one account. Also if you create a new Live Gamertag/PSN ID you will need to re-purchase your DLC for that account.

    INTERNAL USE ONLY

    This answer is the "official" answer we should give. In truth it is actually possible to share DLC between accounts on one Playstation 3. As long as the account that purchased or downloaded the DLC is on the PS3 any other account on that same PS3 can access
    the DLC. Once the purchasing account is deleted from the PS3 the DLC will no longer work.
