Purchased DLC in 2010, shows not owned

Sorry to hear you are having a hard time with the game. However, if you already own the game, it should appear on the Read to Install list on your Xbox One X. If it's not appearing there then I would suggest trying to Remove then Re add your account to the console.

If this is not working then I would look at your games through account.xbox.com. If you do not see the game through here, Or if you have checked your Orders as well and do not see them then they were more than likely purchased on a separate account.

And to clarify, the title is meant to say purchased DLC not documents. Auto correct is trash. We are dealing with dlc here. Dlc bought in 2010. Dlc I own. I'm not rebuying something I own.

These do not help. Whether I access my account on the Xbox, or online, it shows the same. This has nothing to do with my system, this is entirely on microsofts system side. I need to know who to call, directly, so that they can go into microsofts xbox marketplace server, and manually switch back on the owned setting.

I'm having the same issue with Outpost Kaloki X, was purchased around 2010 so purchase history doesnt go back that far. On my 360, I can play the full game and have taken pics from the DLC page showing purchased, and download history. The current store page doesnt even show the DLC as purchased, as if it is a separate game listing....

Other games purchased back then that ended up BC are showing fine, but this one wants me to purchase again.

You can purchase the DLC with no issues. The only reason it doesn't show the game as being owned is because you own it on disc and have not purchased it digitally. It's not a requirement that it has to be purchased digitally to purchase the DLC.
