    Purchased dlc for skyforge never received content


    purchased 3 characters for skyforge through the market place and never received them. Was billed for each purchase. Took the issue up with skyforge support and they said that the microsoft is having issues with the marketplace. So now trying to figure out
    how to eitger a) get tge content i purchased or b) a full refund

    DLC not downloading

    I pre-ordered a game for Xbox one with DCL content and the content was never installed and it wants me to buy the DLC content again plus the price of the game again. how can I redeem the DLC I've already purchased with out having to buy the same
    game and DLC twice

    Didn't receive everything in the EG Halo 5 REQ pack

    I contacted Xbox live support regarding this issue and they said for me to post in the forums.

    I purchased the Evil Geniuses REQ pack on Halo 5, and I never received all the contents that was included in the pack. The item(s) I received were: the magnum and **** rifle skins, I also received a custom spartan armour. The item(s) I never received included,
    the battle rifle skin and EG emblem.

    get your refund it's day 3 for me and I haven't gotten my stuff either Xbox can't fix it only the skyforge people can but there sup sucks something serious

    I'm sorry to hear about the happy ticket pack issue. When you have a moment, let's try out some troubleshooting steps to see if we can get things sorted for ya.

    • Power cycle your Xbox One console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is completely off, unplug the console from the power source and give it a few minutes.
    • Then, plug all the cords back in and turn the console back on.
    • Launch up Happy Wars and check to see if you received your Happy Tickets.
    If after you try these steps above and they don't seem to do the trick, please post back and let me know. Thanks in advance!

    Also in a lot of similar cases it might be an issue from the publisher's side so if the usual steps will not help, it would be worth contacting the publisher.

    Some in-game content from a season pass should be downloaded from the in-game marketplace. If you have tried this and it does not work then contact phone support for more assistance with this billing issue. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269
