    Purchased digital preorder


    I preordered black ops4 and installed it on my xbox one. Everything was fine. I got an xbox one s and i went to download games and noticed that black ops 4 wasnt an option so i went to the xbox store it says that I have to purchase it again, buts still on
    my old xbox. Some of the other games installed just fine. The free monthly games for xbox gold members are missing also and say i have to purchase them also.

    Ive done the hard reset, disconnected everything for 3 mins, snd still didnt help.

    Keep getting an Error Message

    I keep getting it too. So far nothing but frustration with this game since I purchased preorder. Digital copy took 3 attempts and over 36 hours to download.

    If the subscription shows, try the following steps

    1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later). See here how to:

    http://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

    2. Turn off your console and unplug it for 30 seconds. Plug it back in and boot up.

    3. Redownload your profile and try again to see if your gold is active on your new console.

    If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

    Under the Games section. They may have to refresh your gold.

    Currently there is no way to preorder a digital copy for Xbox.

    There is no way to get a preorder bonus without having preordered it at a store. Bonus usually vary depending on where you're purchasing from.

    Why didn't I get credit for pre-ordering COD infinite warfare

    Did you preorder as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com or digitally? Digital purchases were not eligible for the 15,000 credits offer.

    Digital orders are not eligible for that offer. There was an offer early in September to receive credits for preordering that game so support can check if your preorder was eligible for that, or if you purchased it later in September it would have counted
    towards your VIP rebate. Otherwise, there have been no other offers to receive credits for preordering that game digitally.

    I preordered it early June and there was a offer for the game for a digital pre order
