    Purchased content will not download


    Recently i bought "The Telltale Games Collection" bundle on the Xbox one dashboard for 55$ in the "Holiday Sale" category. With this bundle included "Game of thrones Season 1 and Season Pass, Tales from the Borderlands Season 1 and Season Pass, The Wolf
    Among Us, The Walking Dead Season 1 and 2." Everything Was added to my queue except the Season Pass for "Tales from the Borderlands." Any help with getting this problem fixed is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    My settings are good, I swear I tried every possible solution since Friday and nothing.

    is your hard drive full and not allowing you to download it, or are your settings set to not let purchase content?

    Purchased content will not download

    Hey, I am having the same problem; I just contacted Xbox support and the person in the chat said it will be available summer 2015... which is weird because I can purchase it individually right now (and the Game of Thrones season pass shows as already purchased).

    I did not want to get into many details as it seems the chat people are not very familiar with the Xbox stuff but I noticed they already knew the issue so hopefully it will be resolved soon.

    Hey, guys! Very sorry to see any confusion surrounding this! The Tales from the Borderlands Season Pass isn't to be downloaded by design. Once the other episodes are released, it should be available for download, along with those items.

    Please do not purchase it separately. You own it with the bundle you bought.

    If, after the next episode is released, you are being asked to purchase that episode, please post back in here so that we may look into this further. Thanks so much for your understanding! Purchased content will not download :)

    DLC on multiple consoles and accounts (360)

    Content purchased/downloaded is usable by:

    • The purchaser, on any console the content is downloaded on while connected to Xbox Live
      (to verify content licensing)
    • The purchaser, on the console the content was
      purchased downloaded on whether or not connected to Xbox Live
    • Other gamertags on the console the content was
      purchased on only while connected to Xbox Live (to verify content licensing)

    Yes, because the error is actually telling something about the space on your storage device so definitely it has something to do with it's hardware.

    I believe this is already a problem with the storage of the console and I would suggest reaching out with PS support for this particular problem.
