    purchased content on movies and TV shows not playing - error code 0x80190191


    I can't play any of my purchased movies or TV shows, and keep getting the error code 0x80190191 with the message that a username and password are required.

    I have signed out and back in to my xbox account, restarted the xbox, and also disconnected the wifi and reconnected again and none of these have fixed the issue.

    Any ideas on what this code means and how to fix the problem?

    Without knowing your setup, investigating HDCP is a good start, and your HDMI cables, especially if you have an AV Receiver in the middle.
