Purchased Content Not Working

    Purchased Content Not Working


    So I purchased some DLC for Star Wars the Force Unleahsed. My Xbox says I've purchased it, but when I got to play the game, the DLC never shows up. When when I start a new game, it doesn't give me the option to change to the DLC campaign. I've chosen the
    Xbox Live Marketplace option on the Main Menu and it shows me that I've bought the DLC, but I can't select the 'Play Now' option on them. I've deleted and redownloaded the DLC, cleared my cache, and redownloaded my profile but nothing's worked. Has anyone
    had a similar issue with another game, or even this game, and can help me out?

    The migration process itself does actually warn you about that before you choose to complete the process. Ambassadors are only gamers like yourself. We are only volunteers and not official support. So unfortunately, there are some that may give the wrong
    advice.

    I bought call of duty modern warfare battle pass edition from the xbox store and when I load the game up I don’t have the 3,000 points used to by the battle pass that you get from this edition
    Man these people running this store are a bunch of shady crooks.

    The content will work for every account on the Xbox it was purchased on. If you want to use it on another Xbox, it will only work with the Gamertag that purchased the content.

    Can I transfer 1 xbl family member and their game data to a new 2nd xbox and still use the already purchased dlc on both machines.

    When you download content the license is tied to the gamertag that purchased the content as well as the console it was purchased on. If you move the family member to a different console, they will be able to use the content as long as they are the gamertag
    that purchased the content and that gamertag is signed into Live (no other accounts on the console would be able to use the content). If it's not the gamertag that purchased the content, then they would have to purchase the content again in order for it to
    work.

    Yes, as I said, the content is showing purchased on the Xbox site, it is not purchased on the Microsoft site.

    I also said the content works on the 360, it does not work on the Xbox One.

    When you purchase digital content (not just movies/tv shows) you're only purchasing a license to use the content. You're not purchasing the content itself. This is how it works with any service you purchase digital content from. Even if you switched to Sony
    it would be the same with their services.
