    Purchased content not showing up


    I brought 11 loot boxes for the game Overwatch like I have done before but they were not there when i went back to the game, so i brought another 2 to see if it would work and they are not there either. I restarted my Xbox and nothing has seemed to work.
    I spoke with a lady on Xbox support chat and she told me to post my problem here and it would be solved within a few hours? Thanks.

    Purchased content not showing up in game

    I just bought the wolf skin for the guard dog on call of duty ghosts and when i'm playing online and call in the guard dog, it still has the regular skin of the dog. any ideas on how to fix this?

    Purchased in game content not showing up

    I purchased the VIP pack. It is installed on my console. If I go into the marketplace in the game, several cars say I already own the content, but they do not show up in the find a car section as free. I am also not getting any of the VIP perks. I have
    tried resetting my console, uninstalling and reinstalling the entire game and deleting the profile from the console with no luck. Please help.

    I have the same probslem on my account, they say to restart your xbox but that doesnt work

    Same happened with me on Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. I bought $4 worth of COD points (because I had some extra money left in my account) and I only received half of what I was supposed to get...and I came here for an answer, but there isn't one as of now
    and hopefully I get one in the near future...

    commerce.microsoft.com your next step would be to contact
    Blizzard Support. Unfortunately we don't support what is unlocked in-game, only the transactions. Thanks for your understanding!

    If anyone bought content for other games similar to the Loot Boxes in Overwatch you'll need to reach out to the respective publisher. If you have any other Xbox support questions please create a new thread and let us know. Thanks!

    If I may ask, what game is this that you have bought?

    Also, please check if the games were redeemed completely by going to your order history here:

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

    They should reflect on there if redeemed successfully on the correct account.

    If yes, please go to the Xbox store and search for those games, see if you can install them there.
