    Last Monday I bought a couple of tv show bundles from the vudu app on my Xbox. One of them went directly to my library with no trouble at all. The second one however never appeared. I contacted vudu support and they told me that Microsoft had rejected the
    purchase and that I needed to contact Microsoft about a refund. I did that, spoke to a support agent and filled out a refund request form explaining the situation and they denied my request citing terms for digital content.

    I'm so frustrated right now. Microsoft has my money. It shows up in my order history that I bought the content, but they rejected the purchase to vudu. So basically they told vudu that the purchase couldn't be processed, but they're keeping my money. I also
    have documentation from vudu showing that Microsoft.

    I don't know what to do now.

    Hello Jerry, you mention that you have already contacted Activision and Microsoft support, if they haven't figured out what could be going wrong the ideal would be not to make any more purchases.

    Is there any way to get it by accessing your download list? Try looking there for the pack (although that may not work)

    The best people to talk to, I believe, are in fact EA so do try to get an answer from them.

    Also, if you are not purchasing both video content and game content, you will not receive credit.
