    Hello all,

    I purchased Ubisofts For Honor from the Microsoft marketplace, and once it, and it's "deluxe pack" had downloaded I received none of the DLC or the "premium status" within the game, I would just like to receive the DLC I paid for. If anyone can help, that'd
    be splendid.

    Purchased XBox Video Content not available

    XBox Support (^SK) couldn't fix the issue so they directed me here for the fix.

    I purchased a video "Elmo's Potty Time" for my toddler back on 9 February 2015, but for some reason it is no longer available under my purchased video content on my XBox 360, Desktop, or Surface Pro 2. All my other content seemed to be showing up fine.

    The video is still available in the XBox Vidor marketplace, but when I click on it, it asks me to purchase it as if I don't already own it.

    Content purchased online not available on 360?

    Glad to hear that you've pre-purchased TTK for the Xbox One. It looks to be a lot of fun. However, unfortunately the purchase is not cross-platform. This means that you'll need to purchase it again for the 360 if you want to play TTK on the 360. The
    DLC package should be available tomorrow for purchase if you are so inclined.

    DLC Missing?

    Heya Marcesh2000.

    Have you had a chance to check your Ready to Install list for the content? Also, if you haven't already, I suggest checking the store to see if the content shows as available to download or available to purchase. If it's showing as available to purchase,
    it's possible the content was purchased on a different account that no longer has your Xbox One set as it's Home console.

    When it comes up with an odd pricing like that, it's because the content is no longer available for purchase in the marketplace. Since some games still give you the option to purchase the content it will take you to the marketplace to purchase the content.
    They use the odd prices to keep you from being able to actually purchase something that's not available.

    The content is no longer available for purchase in the marketplace. The prices come up that way because the content is still listed in the game, so they set the prices like that to make it impossible to purchase something that isn't available.
