    I had purchased Fortnite Standard Founders Pack ($39.99) through the Microsoft store, last year. It was installed on my son's xbox, all went fine and well. Fast forward some time and he got a new xbox one x and for the past few months I have been trying
    to research and troubleshoot on how to reinstall this Standard Founders Pack (which contains "Save the World") and I am coming up with nothing but dead ends.

    It's getting a bit frustrating because there is no easy way to contact Microsoft about this. We purchased this content and I figured (or assumed) we should be able to reinstall it onto the new device. But there are no options to "reinstall". I still have
    my receipt through the microsoft store with the order details but no option of reinstallation and no keys or anything. If we log onto the xbox, and install Fortnite and then click on "Save the World", it tells us how to purchase it.

    Thing is, is we already did purchase it. I just want it back on the xbox.... I had contacted Epic Games and got nowhere as they basically told me it would or should be reflected on the Epic Games account. However, we didn't even sign up for an Epic Games
    account until this issue came about and I needed to contact them. It was never purchased through Epic, it was purchased through Microsoft.

    Not sure what my options are. Maybe there is a link somewhere, hidden deep within the massive amounts of links on this website that I might not have seen?

    So, in summary, we purchased Fortnite Standard Founders Pack through the Microsoft store. Installed on the xbox. A few months later, we switched to a new xbox one x, loaded all original games but when it came to reinstalling Fortnite and accessing "Save
    the World, it told us we needed to purchase it. But, we already did so... How do we get it back?

    Purchased download content (XBLA games, GoD games, Xbox Originals, DLC, etc.) is licensed to both the profile that purchased the content as well as the system on which it was first downloaded. The profile that purchased it can use the content on any system.
    Any profile can use the content on the system where it was first downloaded. The primary exception is avatar gear. That is only available to the purchasing profile.

    Have you had a chance to check your Ready to Install list for the content? Also, if you haven't already, I suggest checking the store to see if the content shows as available to download or available to purchase. If it's showing as available to purchase,
    it's possible the content was purchased on a different account that no longer has your Xbox One set as it's Home console.

    Any purchases, DLC, Games you've bought or redeemed on the Xbox Marketplace. Will be available to download again through your purchase history. So if your hard drive breaks you can download it again.

    To view your Xbox Live purchase history on your console:

    Sign in using your Xbox Live gamertag.

    Go to Settings and select Account.

    Select Download History. The items that you've downloaded are listed.

    Only purchases made on that Gamertag will be available to download (sign in to others to view their purchase history) and if you download the content on a different console you'll need to be signed into the Gamertag that purchased the content to use it.

    Unfortunately, if it has been removed from the Xbox Marketplace, it's no longer available for purchase or download. Only users who had already purchased the content may be able to download it again.
