Purchased content not appearing in purchase history and will not download properly - please ...

Hi, I purchased Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare via the games on demand feature on the Xbox live marketplace. The payment was processed and the download began. However, the download reached a total of 82% before resetting back to 0%. The download for the
game then resumed and is currently at 21%. I thought that I could solve this issue by cancelling the download and redownload the game. However, when I went to the option to download again is only gives me the option to purchase the game again, I then checked
my purchase history (not sure if that is the exact term) and it was not on the list. I am confused as the payment went through thus prompting the download, but as I said it does not appear on my purchase history and the download has reset and resumed, I apologise
for any errors in my post as this is my first time using any kind of forum. Cheers,

Problem with The Shardborne Sword & Clockwork Tattoo Set

When I first downloaded these contents from the book & the guide, I got them strait away in my game, but I have started a new game and for some reason they are not appearing. I have gone back to my download history and downloaded them again but still they
are not appearing, can anyone help me out please?

If you purchased this game using your own Xbox LIVE account it would be in your download history. It's not possible for a game that you've purchased to not be in your download history.

Please go to your Xbox 360 Dashboard > Settings > Account > Download History. If you've purchased this content with this specific gamertag then it will be in the list of downloadable content.

If you believe that this was purchased with this gamertag and it's not showing up in your download history, please visit this link
here and take a look at the transactions for the past year to find the Dawnguard purchase in the transaction history. Once you are able to locate the purchase, please contact phone

Thank you, I contacted support and they were very helpful. Although it seems that they believe I have downloaded it from another account which I have the utmost confidence that I didnt, but given that its my word against their records it seems very unlikely
that this issue will have the desired outcome.
