    Hello, I have ALLOT of dlc content for a game I play (Dead or Alive 5 Last Round: Core Fighters) and I see absolutely none of it when I load the game up. The content is there but it is not letting the download complete. Please help me. Thanks

    Can you please check your purchase history by going to the Microsoft Billing site
    here. Once logged in, click "Microsoft Points" and it will display a drop down on the next page that lists all of your months of history on XBOX Live and the purchases you made and
    points you've purchased/added to the account. You can see if the site does indeed show that you purchased these 2 missing map packs on this gamertag by following those directions. If you did they would be listed there even if they don't come up in the download
    history.

    didn't work, but thanks. i have season 6 and season 8 of the same show with no similar problems; in fact the missing episode from season 7 is the first part of a 2-part episode, and i do get the second part (episode #13). just wish xbox live chat support
    wasn't useless because it seems clear that it is an xbox video issue, and nothing i do at home on my console will remedy the problem.
