    Purchased content installed but not working


    My brother purchased the Year 5 Pass for Rainbow Six Siege and we play on the same Xbox. I got everything from the pass and have been playing the Year 5 ops for months now. After
    the update for Y5S4 for some reason my year 5 pass was uninstalled. I reinstalled it and still cannot play the new op nor can i play any of the Year 5 ops, many of which I have bought stuff for. Both profiles are set to having this Xbox as the home Xbox and
    i have access to everything else. Does anyone know how to fix this.

    If you are using the same console you will be fine without having to do a license transfer. Content is tied to both the gamertag and console serial number the content was installed on. All content you download on the new drive will work online and offline.

    If you have purchased the digital content, then you should be able to re-install that content, and retain access to that content without any issues.

    Hello! I have a similar issue with the Battleborn content. I show as purchased in the store but am unable to download any of the Season Pass Content. Additionally when I go to manage game and attempt to install the content there, there are no options
    to install; I only have the basic Battleborn install in place. If this healps, I purchased the physical disc then purchased the Season Pass after installing in the X-Box Store (Digital)

    Yes. Games purchased on Live run the same as the disc versions so any downloadable content would work the same.

    Installed games will only play if you have the disc in the drive.
