    Purchased content disappeared.


    I bought Titnfall and the season pass a few weeks ago on xbox one when they were on sale. I went to play today and it showed and it said they weren't installed. I went to check and they were installed. I opened them up in the store and it said i had to pay
    $25. Niw why the hell do I have to buy something again if i bought in when it was on sale.

    Adventure Time Season Pass Disappeared

    I purchased a Season Pass of Adventure Time Season 5, and just today, the entire series (save one episode) disappeared from my purchase history, and I'm being prompted to by the individual episodes again, or another season pass! What happened to the content
    I purchased?!

    Purchased movie disappeared

    I purchased The Grand Budapest Hotel back when it was released on xbox video and watched it. It was showing under "collection" in xbox video a few weeks ago when I went in to check if a TV show had a new season one.

    Tonight I went to watch it again with all the oscar buzz and it wasn't there. When I searched for it on Xbox video it says I need to buy it again to watch it. I have purchased a few TV series but the only movie I have bought off the xbox was grand budapest.

    So I contact support, and support tells me I've never purchased it. They didn't care that I had a visa statement showing a purchase that day from microsoft billing.

    In short, it appears as though the things you buy from xbox video can disappear.

    In the future is there somewhere I can download the content to? I don't want to throw my money away purchasing things I can't keep.

    SAME HAPPENED TO ME WITH SUNSET OVERDRIVE!! Just bought the bundle today and used the code... all seemed to go well and then boom. The game was gone and no history of it and now when I put in the code it says its been used. I am one angry customer and will
    be getting a refund tomorrow from Wal-Mart if I can't fix it

    Please give the following steps a try:



    • First, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
    • Power on your console and make sure that you are signed in with the profile that purchased/redeemed the game that is missing.
    • If you are still unable to see the game after double checking your profile, navigate to My Games & Apps.
    • Under the games tab, scroll to the right and check to see if any of the missing games are under the Ready To Install section.
    • If you do not see the games in your the Ready To Install section, go to commerce.microsoft.com to verify if you can see the games that you have purchased.

    If you are still unable to see the games that you have purchased on your console and on commerce.microsoft.com, I recommend reaching out to phone support from our Contact
    Us     page. Feel free to post back letting us know how everything went.

    Are you saying you've purchased the DLC multiple times, as in paid money multiple times on one account? Or purchased it once only to have the content disappear from your hard drive so you've had to download it again?

    Have you successfully played the Rise of Iron expansion yet, or has it failed to install each time you've purchased it?

    Problems putting MP3 files on xbox using thumb drive.

    You cannot transfer music to the Xbox with a USB stick. The only way is by Ripping a CD to the Xbox directly or purchasing via Zune/Xbox Music. It formatted your USB stick erasing all content which is why your MP#'s disappeared.
