    Games I purchased on 360 and xbox one dissapeared out of my console and profile but still shows up on download purchases and now it tells me I have to buy them again this is bull♧♤♧♡♧♤. I talked to one xbox agent he seen my list and how long it was and
    he found all my purchased receipt numbers I guess you would call it but now xbox only let's me go to 2014 no further what the crud is going on all I did is went from xbox one day one edition to xbox one x now all my stuff over 100 games and add ons ect are
    gone and I have bn waiting on a call back yet nothing I want my stuff or I want my money what should I do next

    Thank you for reaching out to the forum. I am so sorry to hear that you are being having issues purchased games. Unfortunately it is nothing we at the forum can help you out with and support is the only option to get the issue resolved. From my experience
    as a customer for 15 years, i have always got my callback, but depending on how busy support are, in my experience it can take from a few hours to 2-3 days in a few cases. And due to the current world situation i expect longer processing time.

    Its bn 19 days and i cannot get back in touch with anyone i had to say my account billing was messed up just to get a call back to start with becaquse games n downloads dont get call backs so the site says so i had to say it was my account . i just know
    all the money ive spunt and my 360 games just upped and a butt load of xb 1 games disappeared not a good situation when i just spunt 800 one the one x and all the bells n whistles..
