Purchased content, but no download queued for console

    Purchased content, but no download queued for console


    I purchased Destiny Expansion TTK from Xbox Store Online and it shows in the Purchase History of my console settings, however, there is no download available for it anywhere in Active Downloads or Download history. Found a place on line that would allow
    me to Add to Queue, but THAT list does not show my purchase of TTK. How do I kick off the download of my confirmed purchase?

    Missing Batman purchase from black Friday

    I've got the season pass content queued up to download but I can't locate the actual game anywhere. I purchased the digital collection of game and season pass. Help?

    Queing up content on XBOX.com issue

    I received a 360S for my birthday in July and did a license transfer of all my content. Using XBOX.com I went through my download history and queued up content I wanted to have on the new system and everything worked fine. Since then I've tried queing up
    new content and when I get home my system tells me it won't download as it's be queued up for a different system. I do have two systems in my house. One for the kids and one for myself. My first thought was my GT is somehow connected with the kids system but
    when I attempted to download new queued content on my kids console I get the same message. Any help will be appreciated.

    Same problem but I bought Rise of the Tomb Raider. Got a call from xbox saying there was some kind of system update and it would show up as purchased in about 3 hours. we shall see

    It's been hours and I still don't have an update! I bought GTA V and it never went Into my downloads! I feel ripped off. MS better fix this FAST!

    When you purchase content on the website it is queued to automatically download when you start up your console and connect to Live. Since this is a game add-on it will not show in your game library, but once it's downloaded you can access it in the game.

    Hi,

    The exact method is a little hazy, but as I understand it, you'll need to start one download, then add another to the queue. The second item (the one queued) can have the download location changed from within the Xbox 360 mini guide.

    So, choose to download something and then add the actual content you want to download to the external drive to the Queue. Change the install location on queued item and then cancel the first first download. The content that was queued will now download to the external storage.

    Once you purchase it, it's yours to download at any time. You don't receive a code. The games are queued to download when you turn on the console and sign into your account.
