Purchased cod points not credited to the account?

Hello, was you signed into your xbox live account when you purchased your COD points and was you using the same account that is linked to your profile to purchase these points?

If so they should be automatically credited to your Call of duty account when you purchased them through the store.

I would suggest double checking your account to make sure that the points haven't already been added and if not, contacting xbox directly about your purchase.

You're not alone in this issue - a lot of members are having the same problem with COD points. Activision did have an issue but it's apparently fixed now so I assume they are working their way through crediting the points to accounts that have been purchased
while their system has had issues. If you still don't receive the points on Monday, then I would check your bank to ensure the funds have left your account, and then contact Activision for an update.

Your best bet is going to have the get the microsoft points and purchase using that.

Secondary accounts cannot made credit card/paypal purchases.

Either you/they should buy a points card for the correct value (I believe premium is 4000 MSPs) and purchase.

If not using a points card, the primary account can go to the family center, select the account and "gift" the points. If there are not enough available, it will prompt the primary account to purchase more points.

hi there, unortunately we have no control over here in regards to refunds and the likes, it would all be dealt with over at the xbox support site.

The only real information i can offer is that usually premium currency on games is usually non-refundable, and in regards to refunds there are only so many that are permitted , and even though you can request a refund , it does not mean you are guaranteed
a refund.

what i would say is from personal experience is ... you say you purchased cod points 2 months ago? but from my knowledge cold war only released less than a month ago? so if i am correct then you would have purchased cod points for an older COD game?

if this is the case then you have to load up the relevant game for the points to appear in that game, then when you load up the newer game you should be prompted with a transfer, i made this mistake with the last game, i purchased points for the older modern
warfare thinking it was for the newer game, and i had ot borrow a disc for that game , load it up then i was able to transfer my points to the latest itteration of the game. i hope this helps.

Activision have confirmed that any outstanding COD Points purchases during the interruption should now see their COD Points balances updated in game. If you do not see your purchase in game, you will need to restart your console.
