    Same here I bought 1,100 COD points 1st time around & got a msg saying something happened/or got interrupted when I clicked buy. So then I went tried again but from the MWR store section & bought the same amount of points, it worked. So I got my points that
    time. then i noticed on my bank statements that I had got charged twice for two 1,100 points. So I'm wondering where the heck my other 1,100 points are. Plz Help Microsoft.

    Cod points not showing up.

    Sometimes the process is delayed either due to connectivity issues or problems server side. You may just have to be patient! However, if this problem persists, I'd try contacting Microsoft billing support on their website again. Once again, this may take
    time, though they will do their best to get back to you. I imagine this is frustrating, I've had a similar issue with Black Ops 4 and PSO2 myself.
