Purchased COD points, but they don't show up.

I recently (like an hour ago) purchased the $19.99 2400 COD points pack, and the Season Pass, and the season pass shows up and is installing but I have no cod points. I have my 10 rare drops and weapon bribe included with the season pass, but my COD point
balance is the same as it was before. I tried quitting the game, pausing the installation of the season pass, restarting my console, and waiting and nothing has happened.

Beta money, where are my points?

I have purchased a new 360 and downloaded my gamer tag to it. I purchased microsoft points code at game stop and redeemed the code. The points did not show up on my account, but after calling support they located the $30 on the beta account. How do I
get the money to get the downloadable content?

 

Video content purchased with Zune not Showing as owned in Xbox

In migrating to Windows 8, I have noticed that not all of the video content I purchased in the Zune market place shows a purchased in my Xbox video app. A good portion of it is there, but several shows do show as purchased. They are still offered for purchase
but I have already paid for them once. In the Zune software, they are in my purchase history, but since they were purchased with Microsoft points over a year ago, they don't show up. Is there a way of fixing this?

 

Same here, last night made a purchase (order #567453557682672173 ) and although the funds were deducted from my account the balance of COD point never changed. Slighty irked at this point. Any idea what is going on, and when it will be corrected? I need

This happened to me yesterday. I purchased the 1,100 cod points and than it told me the black market cod points system is down and the points will be redeemed when its back up?

 

told me the same, activisions support page says the system is back up and working, but that transactions that occurred during the period when they were down were still being worked out.

 

Purchased points Thursday 26th and it's now Saturday 28th and I still haven't received my them. I was billed instantly though. It's now half price weekend and just purchased some more because silly me really.

Please sort this out otherwise it's just plain thievery.

 

Yes I purchased 2400 CP points and also said the same thing to me...money gone and no CP Points, I tried it again right after I did the first one but I only did the 1.99$ pack for 200 CP points and it worked instantly.... So why didn't it work for the first
one. Like OoSBGBoO said it's half price weekend this really needs to be corrected before it's over.

 

I also purchased the 2400 COD points package and received nothing. Than stupidly did it again and received nothing. I also found out I have 2 gold memberships on the same account that are overlapping. This makes no sense because now I am paying double for
a gold membership that is still ripping me off. That is $60 down the drain within one day. And funny how this happens on half off weekend. Sounds like we scammed. Not only from our money but a good night of gaming just worrying about our money.

 

I will never understand a system that will take money out of your account and than tell you have to wait. Especially when they are claiming half off for the weekend. They know they are trying to get people to buy these points and then not give them what
they pay for. In this digital age these games thrive on people like us to pay for something ahead of time for something we could have got later if we had worked for it and waited. Fine you got us to pay. Now give us what we paid for!!!! By the time they get
this back up and running i will be 2 more prestige higher and probably have the rare drops I was hoping to buy in the first place. If the system wasn't working, tell us that before you take our money!! If I wanted to preorder something it sure as hell wouldn't
be COD points!

 

I JUST. purchased 5000 CP and dident get them. i. spent. $52.45. i. got. a. email. saying the. purchase. has. been confirmed???!!!

 

I think there are still problems on the Activision's end.

Activision have confirmed that any outstanding COD Points purchases during the interruption should now see their COD Points balances updated in game. If you do not see your purchase in game, you will need to restart your console.

I saw this message last night and it did not help at all. Tried it again this morning and still nothing. I want my money back.
