Purchased COD Points but never received them

Try pressing start / menu on that Call of Duty game, then scroll down and select "Manage game & add-ons."

See if they are there in the "Ready to Install" section.

If not, then you may want to get in contact with Activision.

I purchased COD points through the Virtual Store and it charged my bank account for the points but they were never added to my activision account. Am I missing a step or do I need to request a refund for my money?

No, I was told I had purchased 5000 COD Points for $1.99 and i'd like to receive the COD Points I was told I had purchased.

• Press and hold the power button until the Xbox One console fully powers down.
  
• Power back up and check to see if the points show up in game. (Visit the Store within the COD: Black Ops III menu and check the top)
