    Purchased Call Of Duty Modern Warfare II Vault Edition and It doesn't say I have the Vault...


    I purchased the game from the Microsoft store a few days before the game came out. I recently tried to go to the Microsoft store and manually download the Vault Content pack but it doesn't download. When I click download it acts as if its downloading but when I go back to search for the Vault addition it tells me to download it. Now when I search for the vault edition in the store without click on the Vault Content pack it says I don't own the game. I purchased the game and its connected to my account. I paid $100 bucks which is a lot of money to be spending. I really need assistance and I can provide more information about the issue if required.

    Problem: I purchased Call Of Duty Modern Warfare II Vault edition and it says I don't own it.

    Troubleshooting steps I've already went through.

    1. Restart the game

    2. Restart the console

    3. Contact Activision and their sucky customer service agents

    4. Try to manually download the content pack

    5. Give up...

    Please assist urgently!

    Yes. You will need a Microsoft Account to download games from Microsoft Store or Xbox, and play them in Online mode.

    However, neither the Vault Edition nor the Cross-Gen Bundle of Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II is included with Xbox Game Pass. Therefore, you do not need an XGP membership.

    The Vault Edition upgrade is available in the Microsoft Store and in-game Call of Duty Store. To purchase the upgrade, follow the below instructions:



    In-Game Store

    1. Launch Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II
    2. Navigate to the in-game Store tab
    3. Scroll down to the Franchise Store section
    4. Locate the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II – Vault Edition for $30.00 USD
      1. If you already own the Vault Edition you may not see the $30.00 USD upgrade option
    5. Select Purchase

    Microsoft Store

    1. Open the Microsoft Store on your console
    2. Search for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II Vault Edition Pack
      1. If you search for just COD: MWII Vault Edition, you may see the $99.99 USD full version. The Pack will be the $30.00 USD upgrade
    3. Select Purchase
