Purchased bundles not showing up after 48 hours of purchase

okay so I bought 3 things two days ago. I bought the Act 1 starter bundle when I first started playing, and when I didn’t see it in my inventory I thought I didn’t buy it so I bought the 500 gold option. When I didn’t see that on my game either I was worried
but then I figured I’d wait for a couple days. And lastly I bought the Act 2 starter bundle and still nothing. I have all 3 rmails saying I bought them and yet they aren’t in my game.

I need help :/

purchased 1050 fifa points with an Xbox 360 voucher

48 hours now since I used the my microsoft to purchase but still not showing on my xbox account

I got the confirmation email for the purchase from Microsoft

Any ideas?

does also qualify for the offer.

That's odd, usually the subscription renews up to 48 hours after date of purchase

Where are you experiencing this issue?
Xbox, PC or Mobile?
(I mean, in which platform you purchased the subscription?)

Based on the information you provided, I would like to suggest waiting at least 48 hours after the purchase.

However, if this time passes, and the purchase is not there, this means that the purchase didn't go through. But, if your friend was temporarily charged, that transaction should be reversed in a few hours or up to 72 hours.

Can you please try to make this secondary purchase within 48 hours and see if you are able to. Please do not try to keep purchasing the item until the full 48 hours is up. Reply back and let us know.
