Purchased Back 4 Blood Ultimate Edition back when it came out

Back 4 Blood I could just purchase the season pass stuff… but it wouldn’t include the Iltimate edition upgrade stuff. But it would give me the access to the DLC that came out and even if I just redeemed the Microsoft Rewards Battle Hardened pack for free, it also didn’t include the Ultimate Edition stuff… so how would I have access to, at the very least, the ultimate edition stuff yet not let me use the season pass that was supposed to be included nor use the game itself. I appreciate the help but as I said it’s not the first time this happens to me, and always with games that end up on gamepass. It delisted me as owning Control after it came to gamepass and I bought it on sale a few weeks before it even came to it. I’ve also seen other people with the same issues, buying a game and Microsoft having no record of it anymore. I don’t get it. I’ve stuck with them since day one of Xbox and Live and even had pretty consistent purchase issues get resolved. But since this started I’ve received no help from calling them and it kind of sucks. Over 15 years and this is the first real issue Ive ever had with Microsoft.

Sincerely I never experience something like that. All my old purchases exists until now.

Apart from keep contacting Microsoft support I can advise you always save or take a screenshot of your purchased content at the moment and save it to avoid those situations again.

Due to I know that you can purchase Ultimate upgrade to various games, for example I'm subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate, I purchased ultimate bundle upgrade for Forza Horizon 4 and 5 but I don't own base game (I'm using my subscription to play base game)
Probably this is not your case, but it is to show you that proof of purchase is important when base games or specific content is missing from your account

Sorry to hear that, a way to fix this is contacting Microsoft support with a valid proof of purchase.
This can be with confirmation email that you received from Microsoft store, this mail includes order number.

Providing it to Microsoft allows them to track what happened to this item and put again in your account if necessary

So they got a 100, well more actually because it’s not the only game that’s had this happen with me, and I’m just boned?

That's an odd situation mate.
In my personal experience I always receive emails confirming my order and with order number linked to it.

Unfortunately bank statements are not valid proof of purchase. Due to they can't track it
